Reservations required 24 hours in advance or passengers will be accommodated with existing shuttle service.
Cancellations and no-shows are not refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure. We offer vans, minibuses and motor coach service. Equipment used is dependant on number of passengers travelling.
We offer DIRECT daily scheduled departures between the Denver International Airport
and Aspen Airport or direct to Aspen/Snowmass hotels and lodging properties. Passengers arriving at the Denver International Airport need to gather their luggage and check in at the Gray Line Desk in the center of the baggage terminal, level 5 on the west side near the ground transportation companies. We ask that passengers check in a half hour prior to the shuttle departure. We also offer Local Charter Rates, although we do not offer scheduled shuttle transportation to private homes.
Passengers picked up from area hotels and lodging properties will need to be ready and in the lobby at least 1/2 hour prior to departure time. Passengers departing from the Aspen Airport need to check in at the Gray Line Desk in the baggage claim area. We ask that passengers check in 1/2 hour prior to the shuttle departure. We do not offer transportation to private homes. Rates available until May, 2010.
